1. Introduction

• Immediate family members of bgp33 employees where a conflict of interest may arise;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from bgp33 during an active self-exclusion period;

• Persons acting on behalf of a third party for commercial purposes.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

11. Account Termination

bgp33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached these Terms; the player's account is associated with fraudulent activity; the player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or regulatory or legal obligations require it. In cases of justified termination due to player misconduct, bgp33 may retain any balance in the account.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their bgp33 account at any time by contacting customer support.
